We've seen this scenario before. Genetic information is going to be first encouraged. And you'll want to participate because it'll be tied to some wonderful convenience like SAVING YOUR LIFE. Meanwhile, every aspect of your life financial, personal preferences, social circle ..... being collected and stored. Once people get comfortable with the genetic requests it will then become a requirement to capture or punish the resistors. 
All that data will then be inserted in the individual via microchip where you can then be updated, tracked etc. 
your genetic material is being studied and maybe even modified. Then we're back to the supremacy obsession. 

 There are already implications that we haven't addressed from past actions, atrocities and advances. We need to step back on this one.

Virginia Attorney General needs sexual tutoring

These people have too much time on their hands. Every time one get drunk w their friend and. Start having fun talking Sh-t, that is NOT a policy committee meeting. 
You don't have to implement your sick, drunken "what if's" that obviously only effect those outside your circle. If one has minimal experience in something, an expert is consulted: if your not black, a woman, a homosexual, a single mother/father, a rape victim, anything that you would otherwise be clueless about- please REFRAIN from taking the lead. Just because you're not an expert in your bedroom, kitchen, hot tub...  Does not mean you have to ruin it for everyone else. 
MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. You too can learn to satisfy your partner.

MWL Healthy Choices Journey - Dinner


Hi Guys!

Tip: Plan your meals at least 24 hrs ahead. I like to have most of the week planned out so that I have a frame work to work with. I already know what I'm having do that keeps me from skipping or #overeating at any given meal.



This is my plan for tonight. Easy, quick and filling.

Italian Sausage & Veggie Pasta
Via Fitness.com

Ingredients
2 ounces uncooked whole-wheat pasta
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1 pre-cooked Italian-style chicken sausage, sliced into rounds
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. Heat spaghetti sauce, sausage, garlic and vegetables for about 12 minutes, until veggies are tender.

3. Top pasta with sauce mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

Plus a nice sized tomato salad.

I have been drinking #water throughout the day in order to get past the minimum requirement of 8 glasses (8oz) per day. By the time I have dinner, I will have 48oz or more of water for the day.

I like my coffee in the morning but I'm not counting that or any other beverage towards my water intake.

I a few days, I'll make sure to share how I feel. Hope I don't feel like jumping ship.
